Description: We provide network (data) services for students in residences

Details: Students in residence have access to the CSU network and to the Internet. They can connect their own computer and a csu voip phone.

Service Availability: 24 Hours a Day - 7 Days a Week

Support Availability: 8am to 6pm - Business Days + Oncall

Charge for Service: Part of a $110 pa package

Service Includes: Service to the network point

Service does not Include: No support for connected equipment (eg., student computers or other network equipment)
