Description: DIT provides printers in computer laboratories to allow students to print.
Details: In all computer centres, DIT provides B&W and colour printing for students. Students are charged for this service on a per page basis. This service operates in conjunction with the Library who provide similar services to students within the libraries on each campus.

Service Includes: Provision of printers, support of backoffice technology, billing system to charge and transfer charges to student finance system, support of hardware through 3rd party maintenance equipment. DIT also supports the 'backoffice' systems for library printing.
Service does not Include: Repair of equipment (externally contracted) though DIT would take responsibility for making contact with vendor., support for printers not provided in computer laboratories, support for specialist printing services. Library printers. (except under agreed
