Hosting Administration Applications (Tier 1)

Description: Support of central IT infrastructure to host major applications (Banner Student & Finance, Alesco HR)

Details: We provide and support all computer infrastructure used to host major University business applications. While DIT supports the infrastructure that provides the service we are not the owner of the service. Core applications include student, finance, HR.

Service Availability: 24 Hours a Day - 7 Days a Week

Support Availability: 8am to 6pm - Business Days + Oncall

Service Includes: The provision and support of the infrastructure and the underlying OS and applications. Development, licensing, maintenance, archiving, backup and integration. In negotiation with the relevant process owners we can modify configurations to suit required.

Service does not Include: Training only provided by Application systems officers. Ad-hoc modifications.

CSU Owner of Service: The Division or Faculty (business owner) of the relevant application is the service owner.
