Hosting Administration Applications (Tier 2)

Description: Provision of hosting, support and maintenance for a range of administrative applications.

Details: DIT is responsible for providing application delivery and infrastructure support for a wide range of non-critical, but important, administrative applications. These extend across all divisions, offices and faculties of the university and include, but are not limited to, Trim, CASIMS, SOMS, DEST and Chess.

Service Availability: 24 Hours a Day - 7 Days a Week

Support Availability: 8am to 6pm - Business Days
