Description: Support to staff and students when they use the computer labs as well and maintaining and upgrading all aspects of the computer labs.
Details: We provide (install, maintain, upgrade) computer labs on all major campuses as well as assist staff and students in their use. The computers provided incorporate operating system and software to support learning and teaching.

Service Includes: support for all DIT computers in labs and their OS and software
Service does not Include: computers not in DIT labs. We don't provide support in the use of applications eg., word, excel etc. - However online training is available.
