Description: Limited assistance is provided for staff requiring DIT to support non standard software or hardware
Details: CSU provides limited support to staff who have hardware or software that is not part of the CSU Standard Operating Environment (SOE). This can range from support of peripherals such as USB hard drives to specialist software applications.

Service Includes: Support is provided on a 'case by case' basis however, given the possible wide variation of requests and the potential for large amounts of time being required, DIT cannot make any specific 'guarantees' as to the extent and quality of the support.
Service does not Include: Support for non-computer related technology (eg., medical equipment) - DIT reserves the right to provide some, limited or no support. For complex or large numbers of equipment an external support contract should be provided independent of DIT.
