Description: DIT provides Audio visual services in timetabled teaching spaces that are not part of a specialist facility. DIT will also provide some AV support on-request.
Details: We provide, maintain and support AV equipment in all timetabled teaching spaces that are not part of a specialist facility. We have a limited stock of AV equipment (eg., data projectors) that are available for customers to collect and return on request.

Service Includes: The support (maintenance, repair) of AV equipment in teaching spaces, the provision of training for academic staff in it's use. An AV store located on main campuses is provided for staff to collect and return equipment.
Service does not Include: Delivery of AV equipment (except with prior approval), provision of AV services for administrative staff (except with prior approval) Setup of 'one off' presentations and demonstrations is generally not provided except with advance approval (10 working days) by Director - Customer Services or Executive Director.
