Description: Computer support for members of University council

Details: DIT are required to provide a PC and support for members of the Univesity council

Service Availability: 8am to 6pm - Business Days

Support Availability: As per Individual Agreement

Service Includes: Phone assistance (via service desk) and if required limited on-site support through negotiation
