Description: A extensive telephone service is provided for staff and students.
Details: Across all campuses an extensive telephone service is provided. This service consists of la VoIP based telephony system at Australian campuses. The service also includes inter-campus trunk lines, emergency and security calls.

Service Includes: Provision of telephone service including billing and auditing to all staff on main campuses including Canada. Handsets, emergency and security phones, comms directory, voip services, mobile services, blackberry and mobile phones, billing.
Service does not Include: Independent telephone systems not associated with CSU. Any phone devices connected to phone sockets that DIT has not approved.
