Description: The provision of IT support to clients for their computer

Details: We provide PC desktop/laptop environment for staff. This support generally is related to ensuring that their computer is operation and meets the functional requirements of the standard operating environment (SOE).

Service Availability: 24 Hours a Day - 7 Days a Week

Service Includes: CSU owned Wintel and Mac computers with the Standard operating environment (SOE).

Service does not Include: Non-csu computers, student computers, computers not comforming to the SOE or having problems due to the changed SOE. Macintosh computers are required to use thin client to access admin applications and have a more reduced level of software support. Vista is currently not supported.
