Description: Staff

Details: Staff have access to email through the Microsoft Outlook software and also via web based interface

Service Availability: 24 Hours a Day - 7 Days a Week

Support Availability: 8am to 6pm - Business Days + Oncall

Service Inquiry Via: Service Desk

Charge for Service: no charge

Service Documentation: DIT Web site

Service Status: Current

Service Includes: Outlook software as part of the SOE, support for web version of outlook

Service does not Include: All other email applications. Able only to support email delivery once it is received by CSU ie., cannot guarantee services for email once they leave CSU's network. Students are not supported - Student email is delivered to their EXTERNAL email address eg., Hotmail,
