Description: We provide and support the services including the hardware and underlying operating systems for the Banner Finance system

Details: Banner Finance provides the major financial systems to the University. DIT provide and maintain the application as well as all necessary computing and network infrastructure to allow for the application to operate. DIT also work with the business owner in the development and introduction of change, upgrades and major releases.

Service Availability: 24 Hours a Day - 7 Days a Week

Support Availability: 8am to 6pm - Business Days + Oncall
