Description: We support the software and underlying operating systems and hardware that provide the major Human Resources management application for the University.
Details: Alesco is the commercial software application that provides Human Resources computing services to the University. DIT provide support to maintain the application on University infrastructure. DIT also works with the Business Owner to assist with changes, upgrades and major releases.
Service Availability: 24 Hours a Day - 7 Days a Week
Support Availability: 8am to 6pm - Business Days + Oncall
