Description: We host and support the BIEMS software used to manage service requests and incidents for Facilities Management.

Details: BEIMS is an 'in-house' software application used to manage the process of dealing with service requests and incidents for Facilities management. The application was developed by DIT staff and continues to be supported and maintained by them.

Service Availability: 24 Hours a Day - 7 Days a Week

Support Availability: 8am to 6pm - Business Days + Oncall

Charge for Service: None

Service Status: Current

Service Includes: Bug management, management of underlying infrastructure and associated Operating systems.

Service does not Include: Training, enhancements and changes not related to 'bugs'
