Software Installations in Teaching Spaces

Description: We can assist academic staff to install software into teaching spaces (lecture theatres/tutorial rooms) for demonstration.

Details: Academic staff may be permitted to have specific software made available in teaching spaces for demonstration purposes when it is not possible to have the software provided on an academic's own laptop. The requestor must log a service desk request after which DIT will work with the requestor to test the software prior to assisting the requestor to install the software onto the relevant AV computer.

Service does not Include: Non-DIT teaching spaces (eg. specialist teaching areas not supported by DIT) and those spaces not on main campuses (Albury, Thurgoona, Wagga, Bathurst, Dubbo, Orange) are not supported.
