Description: Provision of a telephone service for all students in residence
Details: A internet based telephone service is provided for all students in residence. Students are charged for it's use.
Service Availability: 24 Hours a Day - 7 Days a Week
Support Availability: 8am to 6pm - Business Days + Oncall
