Residences Telephone system

Description: Provision of a telephone service for all students in residence

Details: A internet based telephone service is provided for all students in residence. Students are charged for it's use.

Service Availability: 24 Hours a Day - 7 Days a Week

Support Availability: 8am to 6pm - Business Days + Oncall

Charge for Service: $100pa part of accommodat

Service Includes: Provision of the service, billing

Service does not Include: Tier 1 support (provided by residences), support for student mobile phones, support for non-csu voip phones and pc soft phones
